NLC Design #6: Hakuchi

I've been a fan of Hakuchi's (Shohei Otomo) illustrations for a while now - so when I found the above video, I had to share.

When he whips out that sharping I JUMPED!

NLC Design #5: Inventables

Inventables is an amazing site - so amazing that I found out about it from my pal Pee-wee Herman.

This is what they say about themselves...
Inventables is the innovator’s hardware store.
We sell materials that designers, artists, and inventors use to develop new products and push the boundaries of what's possible.

Above is their Thin Wood Veneer, but that they have other amazing things too - they sell LiTriCon!

And the whole Inventables Team went down to Millennium Park one day to take pics!

Subdivision: Ornamented Columns

Amazing columns from Michael Hansmeyer laser cut from serial sections.
