About four months ago I posted about Richard Neutra's Kronish House which WAS slated for demolition - It has been purchased by a new owner who is planning to restore it!
So if you wrote a letter to the Beverly Hills City Council (or are the buyer) - thank you! Maybe in the future, when I get back to SoCal I'll be able to take a tour of it.
