Above are three laser cut and etched acrylic dog brooches from You Make Me Design. The technique used is fairly simple to achieve with the high tolerances of a laser cutter, but the results are dynamic! Each separate laser cut acrylic part is glued to an acrylic backer that is a silhouette of the full form. Even the use of mirrored acrylic adds movement to each dog.
